Email support@freecals.com. A person reads every message.
You get an answer within 7 days.
If you can, write from the email address of your Freecals account, so that we can find your journal. If you cannot, say so, and we find another way to confirm that the account is yours. Never send a password, an API key or a sign-in code.
To report a security problem, write to the same address with "Security" in the subject.

Connecting an AI app. Add Freecals to Codex, Claude, ChatGPT or another app that supports MCP, then sign in and approve access. The website guide explains the links that your app shares.
A number looks wrong. Your AI app estimates calories and nutrients, and Freecals stores what the app sends. Ask the app to correct the entry. The corrections guide explains how.
Disconnecting an app. Open Connected apps and disconnect the app. The app loses access at once. Your journal stays.
Exporting your journal. Open your account page and download the export, a zip file of your whole journal.
Deleting your account. Open your account page and delete the account. The privacy policy says what Freecals deletes and when.
